Show/Hide First Due Reports Toggle Added to Ad Hoc Report List 

• What – A Show FDRs toggle has been added to the Ad Hoc Report List filter bar, allowing non-admin users to show or hide First Due Reports (FDRs) from the All Reports folder view.
• Why – This enhancement gives users a faster way to focus on their agency’s reports without pre-built First Due Reports cluttering the list, making relevant reports easier to locate.
• How
  • Open the All Reports folder in the Ad Hoc Report List.
  • Use the Show FDRs toggle, which appears as the first filter for non-admin users.
  • Leave Show FDRs turned ON to display both agency reports and First Due Reports. This is the default setting.
  • Turn Show FDRs OFF to display agency reports only and hide First Due Reports.
  • Use the toggle alongside other available filters, including Name, date range, groups, and search.
  • Your Show FDRs preference is retained if you refresh the page during the same browser session.
  • Navigating away from All Reports resets the toggle. Selecting Reset Filters also returns Show FDRs to ON.
  • The Show FDRs toggle is only available in the All Reports folder and is not displayed for admin users.

• Use Case – A non-admin user can turn Show FDRs off while viewing All Reports to quickly browse only their agency’s custom reports. They can also combine the toggle with filters such as a date range to find recently modified agency reports, and their selection remains in place if they refresh the page during the same browser session.
