Par/Min Alerts Now Trigger Only Below the Minimum Quantity 

• What - Par management threshold logic has been updated so the Restock Needed indicator, minimum-level highlighting, and minimum notification trigger only when a medication’s quantity falls below its configured minimum value. When the quantity equals the minimum value, the medication is no longer considered below minimum and can display the yellow par-level highlight when applicable.
• Why - This change prevents false restock warnings when a medication is exactly at its minimum value, including configurations where the par and minimum quantities are intentionally set to the same value. Users can now more clearly distinguish medications that are at their configured par level from those that have actually fallen below minimum and require restocking.
• How
  • No configuration changes are required for existing medication kits.
  • When the on-hand quantity is equal to the minimum value, the Restock Needed indicator, minimum-level highlighting, and minimum notification do not trigger.
  • When the quantity is at or below par but has not fallen below minimum, the applicable yellow par highlight is displayed.
  • When the quantity falls below the minimum value, the minimum-level highlighting, Restock Needed indicator, and minimum notification trigger as expected.
  • Existing kits displaying Restock Needed solely because their quantity is exactly at minimum will automatically clear that state when the updated logic is applied.
• Use Case - A medication has both its par and minimum quantities set to 10. When 10 units are on hand, the medication displays the yellow par-level indication without generating a Restock Needed warning or minimum notification. If the quantity drops to 9, the medication is now below minimum, causing the restock indication, minimum-level highlighting, and notification to trigger.

Hide Zero-Quantity Unassigned Medications from Kit View 

• What - Par management has been refined so medications that were not assigned to a pouch through par/min values will no longer remain visible in the med kit once their quantity reaches zero. Medications assigned to the pouch will continue to remain visible at zero quantity so their par/min status and associated alerts can still be tracked.
• Why - This improvement reduces unnecessary clutter in the med kit by removing zero-quantity medications that are not part of the pouch’s intended par/min setup, while preserving visibility and alerting for medications that are actively managed within the pouch.
• How
  • No configuration changes are required.
  • For medications assigned to a pouch with par/min values, the medication card remains visible when the quantity reaches zero, and existing alerts and notifications continue to function.
  • For medications not assigned to a pouch with par/min values, the medication card is removed from that pouch when its quantity reaches zero.
  • Assignment is evaluated independently for each pouch, so the same medication can remain visible at zero in a pouch where it is assigned while being removed at zero from another pouch where it is unassigned.
• Use Case - A medication is assigned par/min values in one pouch but is also received into a second pouch where it was not originally assigned. If both quantities later reach zero, the medication remains visible in the assigned pouch for continued par management and alerting, while its card is removed from the unassigned pouch to keep the kit view focused on medications being actively tracked.
