Troubleshooting & FAQs
Why can't I save my view?
Ensure the view has a name. A name is required before saving.
Why don't I see any report columns?
Columns must be added before saving the view. If no columns are selected, the report will not display any report fields.
Why can't I share a view with another user?
Verify that additional users exist within your organization and that your account has permission to share views.
Why doesn't a value appear when selecting filter criteria?
Available values depend on the selected operator. Operators such as Is Null or Is Not Null do not require a value.
How do I make a report open automatically every time?
Pin the Saved View. Pinned views automatically open when entering ITM Reports.
