What - The Personnel Record now includes an Exposures tab that displays exposure records associated with a specific individual. This list provides quick visibility into key exposure details, including the exposure number, incident date and time, address, and current exposure status, with an option to open the full exposure record in the Health and Wellness module.
Why - This improvement gives users a centralized way to review an individual’s exposure history directly from the personnel profile, reducing the need to manually search for exposure records in other areas of the system. It supports more efficient record review, follow-up, compliance checks, and post-incident exposure management.
How
Navigate to Personnel > Personnel List.
Open the applicable Personnel Record.
Select the Exposures tab.
Review the listed exposure information, including Exposure Number, Incident Date/Time, Address, and Status.
Select the Eyeball icon next to an exposure to open the associated record in the Health and Wellness module.
Note: Exposure records are populated from the Health and Wellness module and must be properly associated with the personnel record.
Note: Users must have the appropriate personnel and Health and Wellness exposure permissions to view or open exposure records.
Note: Exposure records cannot be edited directly from the Personnel Record; updates are completed in the Health and Wellness module based on permissions.
Use Case - During a personnel review, compliance audit, or post-incident follow-up, a supervisor or authorized user can open an individual’s personnel profile, review their exposure history from the Exposures tab, confirm current exposure statuses, and quickly access the detailed exposure record in Health and Wellness for additional review or updates.
