- Use the updated Action Icons within the list to manage roles
- Locate the repositioned Add Role button in its new placement within the page header
- Access saved configurations using the Saved Views Quick View option
- Note: Available actions and visibility are based on existing permissions
- Use Case - An administrator managing user roles can quickly identify available actions through the updated icons, create new roles using the repositioned button, and switch between saved role views more efficiently using the quick view option.
Bulk Update User Notification Methods
- What - Administrators can now update notification methods for multiple users at once directly from the User List using a bulk action, allowing simultaneous control of Email, In-app, Push, and SMS notification settings through a single modal interface.
- Why - This enhancement streamlines user management by reducing the time and effort required to configure notification preferences individually, ensuring more consistent communication settings across users while improving administrative efficiency.
- How -
- Navigate to User List
- Select multiple users using the checkboxes
- Click Bulk Actions → Update Notification Methods
- In the modal:
- Review available notification types (Email, In-app notifications, Push notifications, SMS notifications)
- Select Enable or Disable where applicable
- Click Update Users to apply changes
- Notes:
- Email and In-app notifications are always enabled and cannot be changed
- SMS notifications require users to have SMS permissions enabled
- A warning indicates that bulk updates will override individual user preferences
Use Case - During a system-wide rollout of mobile alerts, an administrator selects all field personnel from the User List and enables Push notifications in one action, ensuring critical updates are delivered instantly without needing to modify each user’s settings individually.
