The Import Internal Data feature allows users to populate an Exposure Report with existing data from internal modules such as Fire Reports, Training, Events, and Inspections. This improves efficiency, reduces duplicate data entry, and ensures consistency across reports.

While documenting an Exposure Report, users can access the Import Internal Data dropdown to pull relevant data from other system modules. Available import options depend on your agency’s enabled modules.

Step-by-Step Guide
1. Open Import Internal Data
- While documenting an Exposure Report, locate the Import Internal Data dropdown.
- Select the dropdown to view available import sources.
2. Select an Exposure Type
- Choose at least one Exposure Type.
- Import options will become available after selection.
3. Choose an Import Source
- Select one of the following:
- Fire Report
- Training
- Events
- Inspection
Importing from a Fire Report
4. View Fire Reports
- A list of Fire Reports will display.
- By default, results show reports from today and yesterday.
- Select Filter to refine results.
5. Apply Filters
- Filter by:
- Search Period
- Incident Number
- Location
- Status
- Select Apply.
6. Select a Report
- Use the eye icon to preview a report.
- Select the checkbox next to the desired report.
- Select Next.
7. Choose Data to Import
- Use toggles to select which fields to import.
- Enabled toggles = field will be imported.
- Select personnel using the dropdown if applicable.
- Select Import.

8. View Training Records
- A list of training records will display.
- Use Filter if needed.
9. Apply Filters
- Filter by:
- Actual Start Date & Time
- Class Name
- Category
- Status
- Select Apply Filters.

- Select Next.
