The Exposure List provides a centralized view of all documented exposure reports within the Health & Wellness module. It allows users to create, review, filter, manage, and authorize exposure records, ensuring accurate tracking and compliance with departmental health and safety requirements.

The Exposure List serves as the primary workspace for managing exposure incidents. Users can:
- View all exposure records and their statuses
- Create new exposure reports
- Filter and search for specific exposures
- Customize how data is displayed
- Perform actions such as editing, authorizing, or deleting reports
This tool supports both field personnel and administrative staff by streamlining exposure documentation and review workflows.

Users may require the following permissions:
- View Exposure Reports
- Create Exposure Reports
- Edit Exposure Reports
- Authorize Exposure Reports
- Delete Exposure Reports
- Access History Logs
Permissions may vary depending on user role and agency configuration.

Step-by-Step Guide
1. Navigate to the Exposure List
- Navigate to the Health & Wellness module.
- Select Exposure List.

2. View Exposure Records
- A list of all Exposure Reports will populate in a grid format.

3. Create a New Exposure
- Select the + Add button.
- Begin documenting a new Exposure Report.
- Refer to related articles for detailed documentation steps.

4. Apply Filters
- Select Filter to refine the Exposure List.
- Apply one or more filter criteria.
- Select Apply to update the results.


5. Customize Columns
- Select Columns to customize the grid display.
- Choose which columns to show or hide.
Note: The following columns cannot be removed:
- Exposure Number
- Incident Date/Time
- Address
- Status

6. Adjust Column Layout
- Rearrange columns by dragging them into position.
- Resize columns by selecting and dragging the column divider.
- Sort columns by selecting the column header.

7. Adjust Display Count
- Use the dropdown to select how many exposures to display:
- 20
- 50
- 100

8. Search for an Exposure
- Use the Search bar to locate a specific Exposure Report.
- Search by Address or Exposure Number

9. Use the Actions Column
View an Exposure
- Select the eye icon to view an Exposure Report.
- The eye icon indicates the report is authorized (read-only view).

Edit or Manage an Exposure
- Select the pencil icon to:
- Complete an incomplete Exposure
- Mark an Exposure as Incomplete
- Authorize an Exposure (based on permissions)

Manage Pending Authorization
- For exposures in Pending Authorization:
- Select the pencil icon
- Choose one of the following:
- Mark Incomplete
- Authorize
- Close

View History Log
- Select the history log icon to view record activity.
- A modal will display:
- Event Date & Time
- User
- Type of Event
- Description


Additional Actions (Three Dots Menu)
- Indicates the Exposure is in Pending Authorization status.
- Select the three dots to:
- Authorize the report
- Delete the report (trashcan icon)

Delete an Exposure
- Select the trashcan icon.
- A confirmation modal will appear.
- Confirm deletion to permanently remove the report.


10. Perform Bulk Actions
- Select multiple Exposure Reports using checkboxes.
- Available bulk actions depend on status:
- Delete
- Authorize

- Regularly review exposures in Pending Authorization to ensure timely processing.
- Use filters and search to quickly locate specific reports.
- Customize columns to display the most relevant information for your role.
- Review the History Log for audit tracking and accountability.
- Confirm details before authorizing or deleting exposure reports.

Troubleshooting & FAQs
Why can’t I edit an Exposure Report?
The report may already be authorized, or your user role may not have edit permissions.
Why is the eye icon showing instead of edit options?
The eye icon indicates the Exposure is authorized and can only be viewed, not edited.
Why don’t I see certain columns?
They may be hidden. Select Columns to adjust your visible fields.
Why can’t I delete an Exposure Report?
You may not have the required permissions, or the report status may restrict deletion.
What does “Pending Authorization” mean?
The Exposure Report has been completed but requires approval before being finalized.
Can I undo a deletion?
No. Deleted Exposure Reports are permanently removed after confirmation.
