Purpose Statement
The List View within Daily Operations provides a centralized view of activities that feed into the Events & Activities Module.
Users can customize the information displayed, apply filters, create or select saved views, review activity details, perform available actions, and download or print the displayed information. This provides personnel with a flexible way to review operational activity based on their specific needs.
Background Information
Daily Operations can display department activities in multiple formats, including Calendar View and List View. The List View provides a searchable and configurable way to review activities from modules that feed information into Events & Activities.
Depending on agency configuration and available modules, users may see items such as:
- Events
- Trainings
- Daily Log entries
- Other activities that feed into Events & Activities
Users can customize List View by selecting a saved view, creating a new view, applying filters, choosing which columns appear, and rearranging columns.
Required Permissions
Access to actions within List View depends on the user's assigned permissions and the modules enabled by the agency.
Permissions may affect the ability to:
- View specific module information
- Create a Passdown
- Delete items using bulk actions
- Complete or sign up for eligible activities
- Create an exposure record
- Edit an item
- Delete an item
The Exposure option is available when the agency uses the Health & Wellness Module and the user has the appropriate access. First Due describes Health & Wellness as using configurable, role-based permissions to control access to exposure information.
If an expected action is unavailable, contact an agency administrator to verify the user's assigned permissions and module access.

Troubleshooting & FAQs
Why am I only seeing activities from today?
The default date filter is set to Today. Remove or modify the filter to display activities from another time period.
Why don't I see an activity from a specific module?
Check the filters on the right side of the screen and confirm the appropriate module is selected. The user's access to that module may also affect what information is available.
Why can't I remove the Start Date and Time or Module columns?
Start Date and Time and Module are required columns in List View and cannot be disabled. Other available columns can be turned on or off.
Why don't I see the Passdown option?
Creating a Passdown is permission-dependent. Confirm that your account has the necessary access if the option is not available.
Why don't I see the Exposure option?
The Exposure option is associated with the Health & Wellness Module. The agency must use Health & Wellness, and access may depend on the user's assigned permissions.
Why can't I edit or delete an item?
Edit and delete options depend on the type of activity and the user's permissions. Some items may not support those actions.
Why isn't the Sign Up option available?
The Sign Up option appears only for activities that are eligible for sign-up.
How can I display more activities on one page?
Use the pagination setting at the bottom of the screen to display 20, 50, or 100 items per page.
