- Click on the First Due logo (top navigation menu)
- Select Fire Investigation from the dropdown menu
- Click on Investigation List
- View the Audit Log (History Log)
- Locate the desired investigation
- Navigate to the Actions column on the right-hand side
- Click on History Log
- Review Audit Log Details
- The Fire Investigation History page will display
