Troubleshooting & FAQs
I don’t see a dashboard I expect to see.
The dashboard may not be shared with you, or you may not have permission to access it.
Why can’t I edit the dashboard layout from the list?
The pencil icon only opens dashboard settings. Layout changes must be made from within the dashboard using Edit Layout.
I accidentally deleted a dashboard. Can it be recovered?
No. Deleted dashboards cannot be restored. You must recreate or clone a replacement if available.
Why can’t I delete some dashboards?
You may not have permission to delete dashboards you do not own or manage.
