Feature Enhancements


Expanded file types accepted for import

  • What: In addition to being able to submit your Dispatch Units and Dispatch Incident Types in a .csv filetype using the Import Wizard, users can now use .xlsx file types.
  • Why: Expands the ability to import Dispatch Units and Dispatch Incident Types.
  • How: Navigate to Admin > Import Wizard and select Dispatch Units or Dispatch Incident Types.  On the next screen, the user can download a template and/or upload the .csv or .xlsx file for import.


Updated Dispatch Units table column headers

  • What: Updated the column headers in the Dispatch Units table from "Code" to "Dispatch Unit" and "Name" to "Dispatch Name"
  • Why: To make the information expected in the fields to be clearer.
  • How: By navigating to Response > Dispatch Units and also when the user selects New Dispatch Unit from the Dispatch Units screen.
