Feature Enhancements
Training - Multi-Day Event Location Display
- What: Enhanced print reports for multi-day training events with improved location handling based on multi-day toggle status
- Why: Provides clear location information for training events spanning multiple days with potentially different locations
- How: Create training events with different start/end dates, enable multi-day toggle, and assign locations for each day
- Use Case: Use when conducting training events across multiple days that may have different locations for each day
Training - Enhanced Course Assignment Dashboard Filtering
- What: Extended Filter Options - Added scheduler, shift station, rank, unit, group and qualifier filters to assigned course workflow
- Why: Enhanced filtering capabilities in the "Assign Course" Dashboard Widget to provide better visibility and management
- How: Access the "Assign Course" Dashboard Widget, select filter options based upon needed view
- Use Case: Officers who are responsible for designated user groups can now filter based upon employees they are responsible for.
Training - Import Wizard File Type Enhancement, CTO and Certification User
- What: Enhanced Import Wizard supports all .xls, .xlsx and .csv file types
- Why: To allow for multiple import file types and provide consistency among all import functions in the training module
- How: Access the Import Wizard, upload respective file type, Complete import process and system provides clear feedback for any file type issues
- Use Case: Admin users can now choose the file type they upload, no conversion is necessary if using .xls or .xlsx
Fixes
- Training - Manage Certifications Progress Display:
- Fixed certification progress display to properly show 100% completion status instead of empty progress bars for completed certifications
- Training - Notification System Active Member Filter:
- Fixed notification system to exclude inactive/resigned personnel from certification expiration alerts, reducing unnecessary notifications
- Training - Certification Progress Bar Accuracy:
- Fixed progress bar calculation rounding error that was displaying one minute less than actual time completed
- Platform - Security Header Implementation:
- Added missing security headers across Training, Events, and PSE modules to address vulnerability scan findings
- Added missing security headers across Training, Events, and PSE modules to address vulnerability scan findings
- Training - Course Library Nomenclature Update:
- Updated "Courses" to "Course Library" throughout the interface
- In Permission updated "Add Class From Course" to "Add Class from Course Library" permission for consistent access control.
