Navigation
- Welcome to the First Due ePCR setup process. In this step we are going to explore the Export Summary section. Navigate to Incident Documentation > EMS Setup.
- Select Export Summary.
- The first section is the Demographic File. By selecting the Validate button, the system will check and then display any validation errors found in your agency's NEMSIS Demographics dataset. This feature is designed to display any validation errors with the NEMSIS Demographics dataset and explain what needs to be corrected.
- The second section is the NEMSIS Request List. This section is a running list of XML files that are generated for each patient and submitted to the state. The data displayed in the table include the following:
- DataSet - Indicates that it's either an EMS or DEM dataset
- Type - Method for data export
- Send at or Attempt to send - Indicates the date and time the file was sent or attempted to send
- Incident Number - This is the patient (ePCR) number, NOT the NFIRS incident number
- Endpoint - Which endpoint this report was sent to
- Status - This field will display one of the following export statuses:
- Pending- report is awaiting processing to be sent.
- Not Sent- report does not meet the criteria set to send the report
- Success- report has been sent to end point successfully.
- Failed - Something went wrong with the send process for this report.
- Actions -
- View XML - will download a copy of XML.
- Send XML- Will send the report to the end point again.
