Release Notes - Medications Module
In order to provide you with more detailed information on our updates we have broken the Release Notes down by module.
New Features
Controlled Substances Log Printout
- We created another Print option for Med Log - "Controlled Substances Log"
- Now the agency has the ability to see ALL transactions and their details, in chronological order and viewed easily.
- The report can be generated for a specific med kit or multiple kits. When multiple kits are created, is easy to discern which kit we are looking at.
- When these reports are exported, they will be for a timeframe. The typical application will be for a Month or Year.
- If in the generated pdf there is a day/range of days that does not contain events, the header -NO EVENTS- is added, for those Med Kits that are in the selected date range, there are dates with no records.
Med Kit Duplication
- Now agencies can duplicate med kits. There are NO additional permissions required for this function. If the user can see the Med kit List, they can perform this function.
- The user can set the desired number of duplicates to create, up to a maximum of 20 kits at one time.
- There should be a “Med Kit Name”, “Med Kit ID” and “Location” field for every kit to be created.
