In order to provide you with more detailed information on our updates we have broken the Release Notes down by module. 




New Features

  1.  Controlled Substances Log Printout

    1. We created another Print option for Med Log - "Controlled Substances Log"
    2. Now the agency has the ability to see ALL transactions and their details, in chronological order and viewed easily.
    3. The report can be generated for a specific med kit or multiple kits. When multiple kits are created, is easy to discern which kit we are looking at.
    4. When these reports are exported, they will be for a timeframe.  The typical application will be for a Month or Year.
    5. If in the generated pdf there is a day/range of days that does not contain events, the header -NO EVENTS- is added, for those Med Kits that are in the selected date range, there are dates with no records.

















  1. Med Kit Duplication

    1. Now agencies can duplicate med kits. There are NO additional permissions required for this function.  If the user can see the Med kit List, they can perform this function.
    2. The user can set the desired number of duplicates to create, up to a maximum of 20 kits at one time.
    3. ​There should be a “Med Kit Name”, “Med Kit ID” and “Location” field for every kit to be created.
