In order to provide you with more detailed information on our updates we have broken the Release Notes down by module. 



New Features

1. The ability to Scan or Attach Documents/Images to Usage.

  1. Permissions:  This new feature uses the same Usage permission.  Medications - Usage.
  2. In the Usage process, an Attachments tab was added.
    1. Files can be .jpg: PNG or  .pdf 
    2. 5 files is the maximum.
    3. Max size per file is 15MB.




  1. When viewing a Usage from the Med Log an attachment button was added to display the files attached in the process.




Feature Enhancements

1. The ability to rearrange pouches and medications within the pouches.

  1. While creating or editing an existing Med Kit from the Med Kit List there is a Reorder button found in the Pouches tab.
  2. When selecting this button you are now able to rearrange the order of the pouches along with medication in those pouches.
  3. Once saved/updated these changes will be reflected in the Med Kits.




2. Updated the behavior on the Dashboard to display today's Overdue Counts

  1. Now in the Dashboard, we display the overdue med count for the current day and still allow the count to start.
  2. Previously, once the scheduled count time passed, that med kit would disappear from the dashboard, now if it goes to overdue it will continue to be displayed but with the Overdue label.
