Feature Enhancements
1. Med Kit List Service Toggle
What: Added the In-Service Toggle and Reason for Out-of-Service to the Med Kit List along with adding an Out Of Service Reason Column.
Why: Gives the ability to manage and view kit statuses from the Med Kit List page.
How: From the Med Kit List page with the bulk options you are able to Change Status and if marked out of service then the Reason why along with Comments are required.
If editing or creating a Med Kit from the List page you are able to select the In Service toggle which will then require a Reason and Comment to be entered.
2. Updated the Transfer Actions Page
What: Changed the Transfer Modal to a full page in the Med Kits and Med Supply options and added the attachment button.
Why: To give better viewing capabilities and future enhancements.
How:
- When documenting medication transfers now instead of a modal you will access the full screen view.
- When adding attachments:
- The system only allows a maximum 5 files.
- Files can only be PDF, JPG or PNG format.
- Each attachment can only be up to 15 MB.
- It is not allowed to attach a document that has been previously uploaded.
3. Updated the exported file.
What: Added the OOS Reason column to the exported CSV file.
Why: This now will help with seeing the reason a Med Kit is OOS within the exported file.
How: After downloading/exporting Med Kit List the OOS Reason will now be included.
