Feature Enhancements

Automatic Invoice Delivery after Trigger Point

  1. What: The Invoice can be automatically delivered via email after reaching the specific trigger points.

  2. Why: To automatically send the invoice to the invoice contact at specific trigger points (days before and after the due date) so that recipients are reminded of unpaid invoices in a timely manner.

  3. How: Enable Automated Invoice Actions and Auto Email in Invoice Setting > Invoice Options.

  4. Use Case: Increase efficiency by automating the process of sending a reminder Invoice when it reaches a set number of days from invoice creation or being overdue.
