New Features
Use GIS Assessor Contact for Invoicing
- What: Will automatically use the GIS Assessor Contact and listed address for invoicing purposes.
- Why: Useful for clients that imports contacts through GIS Data.
- How: Enable on the Invoice Setup > System Options page.
- Use Case: As a user, I need all of my automatic invoices associated
with an occupancy to be sent to the GIS Contact - Assessor, who is within the
contact list of each occupancy record. This ensures invoices reach the correct
party responsible for managing assessment details and that the correct billing
information is used.

Feature Enhancements
Invoice List - New Field and Filter for Advanced Search
- What: Refund Amount field added to Advance Search with seven options for value of the refund.
- Why: Client request to allow additional filtering of the Invoice List
- How: No setup required.
- Use Case: Select one of the options and then enter the appropriate value(s) and select Apply.
