1. Permit Module - Custom Permit Question Variables in Fee Calculations

What: Ability to create dynamic fee formula that uses custom question answers to calculate fee.
Why: Improves fee assessment accuracy and efficiency while providing complete transparency to applicants.
How: Invoicing > Fee Schedule: create new fee schedule with fee type "Portal permit formula"
Use Case: Community Connect users will now be able to calculate fees after answering custom questions.
