1. SFTP Auto-Paid Invoice Processing
    • What: Automated daily processing system that connects to client SFTP servers to process invoice payment files without manual intervention.
    • Why: Streamlines invoice payment workflow by eliminating manual processing and reducing administrative overhead for high-volume payment processing.
    • How: System connects to SFTP servers daily at 11:00 AM UTC, processes standardized payment files, creates payment records, and updates invoice status automatically.
    • Use Case: Clients with large invoice volumes can upload payment files that are automatically processed, creating payment records and updating invoice status to "Paid (In Full)".
