Admin Resetting User Passwords

Purpose

  1. To explain the steps for a local admin to reset a user's password.

Directions

  1. Navigate to Admin > Users.






  2. Search for the user by entering their ID, email, or name, then select the Search button.






  3. Edit the user record by selecting the icon.






  4. Enter a new password into the password field. Passwords are case sensitive. Ensure that what you give the user matches exactly what you have entered.





  5. Select the Save button. The user can now sign in with their email address and the password assigned to them.
