Accessing Mandatory Ranking Details

  1. Navigate to the Scheduling module by clicking on Scheduling in the main navigation menu
  2. Select Call Shifts from the scheduling options
  3. Click on Mandatory Ranking to access the ranking system



Viewing Mandatory Rankings by Qualifier

  1. Select the Qualifier list that you wish to view from the available options
  2. Review the Mandatory Rankings List for your chosen qualifier, which displays personnel in ranked order



Managing the Rankings List

  1. Utilize the search features at the top of the page to locate specific personnel quickly
  2. Download the list if you need an offline copy for reference or reporting
  3. Re-position personnel rankings using the four-arrow drag-and-drop functionality to adjust positions as needed
  4. Move personnel without force by clicking the Down Arrow for systematic repositioning



Viewing Individual Details

  1. Click on an individual from the rankings list to access their specific information
  2. Review their individual Mandatory Ranking Details which shows their current status and assignment history
  3. Click the Eye-Ball icon to navigate to the Mandatory Fill Details page for that particular entry

  1. Review the Mandatory Fill Details page which provides comprehensive information about specific mandatory assignments and fulfillment status
