Managing Certifications

Purpose

  1. To explain how to manage certifications in the Training Module.

Directions

1. Click on Training>Certifications.






2. Here we can:
  • See all certifications.
  • Add personnel to those certifications.
  • Add new certifications.
Lets add a new certification by clicking Add Certification.






3. You will need to:
  • Type in a ID (short code).
  • Type in a Certification Name.
  • Associate with users who have the certification.
  • Expires After is not required but can be added for those certificates that do have expirations associated with them.

When done, click Create.







4. Click on Edit to associate users with existing certifications.

5. Type in the users name, and select it when it appears.

6. Click on Update when you are done.
