1. Navigate to the Training module then select on Certifications.
2. Features within the grid are as follows:
- Search for existing Certifications.
- Add new Certifications.
- Sort the columns in ascending / descending order.
- Edit or delete any existing certifications from the Actions column.
3. To begin creating a new certification lets select the Add Certification button.
4. The only required field to create a new certification is adding a Name.
- You can also:
- Add an ID and / or set when the certification will expire.
- Add categories, topics and objectives.
NOTE: When associating either categories, topics and objectives these must be completed to obtain this certification.
5. If you wish to associate categories then select Add Category.
6. From the dropdown will be a list of your agencies created categories.
- You are also able to associate an amount of hours to this category that the user will need to complete to obtain the certification.
7. If you wish to associate topics then select Add Topic.
8. From the dropdown will be a list of your agencies created topics.
- You are also able to associate an amount of hours to this topic that the user will need to complete to obtain the certification.
9. If you wish to associate objectives then select Add Objective.
10. From the dropdown will be a list of your agencies created objectives.
- You are also able to associate an amount of hours to this objective that the user will need to complete to obtain the certification.
11. When creating a new certification remember to select Save.
12. When editing an existing certification select Update to save any changes.
