Training Module Setup: Adding a Topic

Training Module Setup: Adding a Topic

Purpose

  1. To explain how to add a Topic within the Categories Section of the Training Module Setup.
TIP:  Training Topics are like the "medium branches" on the training "tree": There are typically more Training Topics than Training Categories. Training Topics are mid-level. Another way to look at Training Topics is like buckets of information: Training Topics are the middle-sized buckets for organizing training records.

Examples of Training Topics for the "Fire Operations" category include:
  1. Fire Attack
  2. Fireground Safety
  3. Forcible Entry
  4. Hose & Appliances
  5. Motor Vehicle Incidents
  6. PPE
  7. Search & Rescue
  8. Ventilation
  9. Water Supply
