End of Month Completed Inspections
Purpose
- To explain the features and navigation of the End of Month Completed Inspections Report.

Directions
1. Navigate to Reports -> Inspections -> End of Month Completed Inspections.
2. The default view displays initial inspections for the previous full calendar month.
3. Monthly inspection data is organized into columns.
Inspection Type: Displays the associated inspection type.
Monthly: The count, by associated type, completed within the selected month.
Last Month Last Year: The count, by associated type, completed for the previous calendar month one year ago, changing as the selected month changes.
Year to date: Inspection count, by associated type, completed so far this calendar year.
Last Year: The total count, by associated type, of inspections completed in the previous calendar year.
4. Use filter tools at the top to narrow results.
