Purpose Statement

To demonstrate the features and functions of the Dashboards List, providing users with comprehensive management capabilities for viewing, organizing, searching, and maintaining multiple dashboards within the Dashboard Module.


Background Information

The Dashboards List serves as the central management hub for all dashboards within your First Due environment. This interface allows administrators and authorized users to perform bulk operations, search and filter existing dashboards, and manage dashboard properties. The list view provides essential information about each dashboard including creation and modification details, enabling efficient dashboard administration across the organization.


Required Permissions

Users must have Dashboard Module access permissions to view the Dashboards List. Create Dashboard permissions are required to add new dashboards, while Edit Dashboard permissions are needed to modify existing dashboard names and descriptions. Delete permissions are required for individual or bulk dashboard removal.

Step-by-Step Guide


1. Navigate to the Dashboards Module and select Dashboard List from the drop-down menu.

2. You can select one or more Dashboards and click the trashcan icon to bulk delete them.

3. You can use the Filter or the Search bar to search for a specific Dashboard.

4. You can edit or delete an individual Dashboard.
