Instruction


1. Select Inventory Management within the Assets module...

2. At the top of the Page, Select Inventory List

3. Selecting the Actions button will allow users to Import inventory in bulk or Receive different Inventory orders.

4. Selecting the New Inventory button will allow users to create an inventory item.

5. Selecting column headers will sort items in ascending or descending order for the selected column

6. Selecting the pencil will allow you to edit Inventory information and selecting the trash can will delete that item.

7. Selecting the dropdown arrow will bring up the list of available views

8. Selecting the pin will designate that view as the default view for that user when accessing the Inventory List. Selecting the star will add that view as a Favorite View.

9. The picture below shows that the view for Bandages has been marked as a Favorite View

10. Selecting the ellipsis on an open view offers the following options:

- Edit allows users to edit the parameters for the View
- Add View allows users to create their own custom view.
- Clone will allow users to copy, then customize any available views to their specific needs.
-Delete will delete the view.






11. Selecting the magnifying glass will open up the search bar

Typing in a portion of or the full value of the following fields will return results:

  • Inventory Group

  • Name

  • Description

  • Expiration Date

  • SKU

  • Current Price per Unit

12. Selecting the Filter will open the list of filtering options.

13. Clear Filter will remove all filters, or single fields may be removed by selecting the x next to the field name

14. Selecting the download button will download the selected view, list, or search to a .csv file
