IMPORTANT: Failing checklist options will not be sent to any user within the First Due system. It is imperative that if an item is marked failing, a email be sent to the appropriate authorities notifying them of the issue.

1. Click on Hydrants> Hydrant List.
2. Click on the first water droplet next to the hydrant you wish to service.
3. Next, answer all questions.
You can pass all fields by selecting the thumbs up in the right hand corner.
All other options require you to manually answer them.
