Hydrant Work Queue

Purpose

The purpose of this article is to demonstrate how to set up a Hydrant Work Queue

Directions


1. Click on Hydrants

2. Click on Hydrants Map

3. Click on Filter

4. Utilize any of the Filter fields below to pare down your Hydrant list. In this case I will utilize Hydrant Zone.

5. Click on desired Hydrant Zone.

6. Click on Apply when all filtering criteria has been set.

7. We are showing 4 Hydrants in the Hydrant Zone I selected. I can zoom in using map function or I can click on the number icon to zoom me in automatically into that zone.

8. These are the 3 Hydrants I plan on working on today. Begin by Clicking on the first hydrant you wish to add to your work queue.

9. Once you have a Hydrant selected (and bouncing) click on "More Actions" button




10. From More Actions scroll to the bottom and select "Add Work Queue"




11. Click on Hydrant Work Queue to see the first Hydrant you added to the list. Repeat steps 8, 9 and 10 to continue to add Hydrants to your Work Queue.

12. Hydrant Work Queue can be minimized or expanded by clicking on the Hydrant Work Queue box at bottom of map.

13. Click on Options icon next to the first Hydrant on your list to begin work.

14. From each Hydrant we will be able to directly Start Service, Start Flow Test or simply Remove Hydrant if added by mistake.

15. By clicking on Start Service we will be directed to select a Checklist.

16. Once you selected the Checklist you wish to utilize click on "Confirm"





17. Completing the Service will bring you back to the Hydrants Map

18. The Service Icon will turn green once the Service is complete.

19. As you continue to Service and Flow test your hydrants the respective icons will turn green to indicate completion.

20. Once the last Hydrant on your work queue is complete you will be prompted with modal asking if you are ready to remove "clean up" the queue.

Info
Selecting Yes will remove the Queue entirely. Selecting Cancel will leave completed Queue accessible.
