Purpose Statement
The manual grading workflow allows authorized users to review quiz responses that cannot be automatically graded, determine whether each response is correct or incorrect, provide feedback to the learner, and submit the final quiz grade.
Users can also review automatically graded responses and adjust the result when necessary.
Background Information
Quiz Builder is part of the First Due Training module and is used to create and manage quizzes and knowledge checks. Some question types may require an instructor or administrator to manually review a learner's response before the quiz can receive a final grade.
The Grading and attempts area provides access to quizzes awaiting manual grading. From this area, graders can:
- Review automatically graded answers.
- Change an answer from correct to incorrect when necessary.
- Grade questions requiring manual review.
- Submit the completed grade.
- Provide optional feedback to the learner.
- Grant an additional quiz attempt when appropriate.
