Troubleshooting & FAQs
Why don't I see my saved view?
Verify that the view was saved successfully and that you're looking under the correct category (Custom Views, Favorites, or Shared With Me).
Why can't I delete a view?
Only the creator of a custom view can delete it unless additional permissions have been granted.
Why can't I edit a shared view?
The view owner may not have enabled the option allowing other users to make changes.
Can I modify a predefined view?
No. Predefined views cannot be edited directly. Clone the view to create your own customized version.
Can I share a view with only certain users?
Yes. Select Selected Users and search by user, rank, or role to share with specific individuals.
What happens when I pin a view?
The pinned view automatically loads each time you open the ITM Reports section until another view is pinned or the pin is removed.
