Purpose Statement
The ITM Systems feature allows Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ) users to access ITM systems associated with a specific occupancy directly from the occupancy record.
This provides a direct path to a pre-filtered ITM Reports view, eliminating the need to navigate separately to ITM Reports and manually search for systems associated with the occupancy. This streamlined workflow can reduce administrative tasks and make property-specific compliance reviews more efficient.
Background Information
The ITM Systems option within an occupancy record provides direct access to a filtered ITM Reports view displaying systems associated with that specific location and business.
This feature can be useful during compliance inspections, routine reviews, and property-specific inquiries. By maintaining context between the occupancy record and associated ITM systems, users can quickly locate and review relevant ITM information.
Required Permissions
The following permission is required to access ITM Systems from an occupancy record:
- ITM report - read: Allows the user to view ITM systems data.
Users without this permission will not see the ITM Systems option in the occupancy navigation menu.

Best Practices
Do:
- Keep the occupancy record available while reviewing ITM information so you can cross-reference property details.
- Review the pre-applied filters to understand which ITM information is being displayed.
- Start with the default column configuration when performing an occupancy-focused review.
- Apply additional filters when you need to narrow results for occupancies with multiple systems.
- Use date range filters when focusing on recent or upcoming service requirements.
Don't:
- Remove the pre-applied Address and Business Name filters unless you specifically need to broaden the results.
- Assume that all ITM systems are displayed when no results appear without first reviewing the applied filters.
- Navigate away from the filtered ITM Reports view before completing the information you need to review.
