Purpose Statement
The Exposures tab within the Personnel Record provides users with a centralized location to review exposure records associated with a specific individual. This feature allows departments to quickly access exposure history, review incident details, and navigate directly into the Health and Wellness module for additional information.
Background Information
Exposure records documented within the Health and Wellness module automatically populate within the associated personnel record. This creates a direct connection between exposure tracking and personnel management, allowing supervisors, administrators, and health and wellness personnel to efficiently review an individual’s exposure history.
The Exposures tab provides visibility into important exposure information including exposure numbers, incident dates and times, addresses, and current exposure statuses. Users can also access detailed exposure records directly from the personnel profile without manually searching within the Health and Wellness module.
This functionality helps agencies maintain accurate exposure documentation, improve record accessibility, and streamline exposure management workflows.

- Personnel Records — Read, update, create, and delete personnel records

Step-by-Step Guide
Access the Personnel List
- Click the First Due logo.
- Navigate to Personnel.
- Select Personnel List.
Open the Personnel Record
- Locate the individual whose exposure information you want to review.
- Click on the personnel record to open the profile.
Access the Exposures Tab
- Select the Exposures tab within the personnel record.
- Review the list of exposures associated with the selected individual.
Review Exposure Information
- View the exposure number from the table.
- Review the incident date and time.
- Review the listed address associated with the exposure.
- Review the current exposure status.
Open Detailed Exposure Information
- Click the Eyeball icon next to a specific exposure.
- The system will open the associated exposure record within the Health and Wellness module.
- Review any additional details associated with the exposure event.
