Step-by-Step Guide
Access User Management
- Click the First Due logo
- Navigate to Admin
- Select Users
Select Target Users
- Switch to the appropriate user list or view
- Use the checkboxes to select one or more users
- Selecting users will activate Bulk Actions
Open Notification Settings
- Click Bulk Actions
- Select Update Notification Method
Configure Notification Preferences
- Note that Email and In-App notifications cannot be disabled
- Enable or disable:
- Push Notifications
- SMS Notifications
- Optionally set a disable until date/time for push notifications
Apply Changes
- Click Update to apply changes to selected users
Review Results
- The system will generate a CSV file listing:
- Users successfully updated
- Users that could not be updated
- Download the file if needed or dismiss the prompt
