Navigate to User Management
- Click the First Due logo
- Select Admin
- Click Users
Select Users for Bulk Update
- Locate the appropriate user list (e.g., Active Users)
- Use the checkboxes to select one or more users
- Click Bulk Actions
Choose Role Update Action
- Select either:
- Change Role (replaces the user’s current role)
- Add Role (adds an additional role without removing existing roles)
Apply Role Changes
- Choose the desired role from the available list
- Confirm the selection
- Apply the update to all selected users

- Verify selected users before applying bulk changes to avoid unintended updates
- Use Add Role when users require multiple permission sets
