Purpose Statement
Custom User List Views enable administrators to create personalized displays of user information that match specific operational needs and workflows. This feature allows admins to organize, filter, and share customized user data presentations across their organization, improving efficiency in user management and reducing time spent searching for specific personnel information.
Background Information
The User List Views feature provides administrators with the ability to customize how user information is displayed and accessed within the system. This functionality is particularly valuable for Fire and EMS departments that need to organize personnel data by different criteria such as roles, certifications, stations, or operational status. Custom views can be shared across teams and configured with specific filtering criteria to ensure relevant information is always readily available. This feature supports various administrative workflows, including personnel reporting, certification tracking, and operational planning.
