Purpose
- To explain the Employee Work Time Report for the Scheduling module.
How is this report helpful?
- It reports hours worked by Work Types (set up in the Personnel Set Up Work Types). The report can display data for the entire organization, or for selected employees.
- This report is similar to the Employee Time Overview report, but reports only hours worked and excludes time off hours.

Instructions
- Navigate to Reports Scheduling Reports.
- Select Employee Work Time from the dropdown menu.
- The default setting for the report is 30 days. If you wish to change the report parameters, select Advanced Search.
- Once you have selected parameters, the report will display Employee Work Time in three different ways: Chart, List by Summary, and List by Personnel.
- Each version can be downloaded or expanded into focus mode.
Reports can be downloaded in these formats: CSV, XLSX, or PDF.
