Purpose
To explain the Employee Time Overview for the Scheduling module.
How is this Report helpful?
- This report is used to provide an overall look at both hours worked and time off.
- This report also includes charts for visualizing hours worked and time off.
Instructions
- Navigate to Report Scheduling.
- Select Employee Time Overview from the dropdown menu.
- The default settings are 30 days for the Date Interval with all personnel selected. Select Advanced Search to change the parameters.
- Username will allow you to select one or more personnel.
- Once you have selected your parameters, you can view the reports in either chart or list format.
- The report will be separated into either Work Time or Time Off. The charts can be expanded, collapsed, or downloaded using the icons in the upper left corner.

The List version of the report can be expanded or collapsed using the arrow icon. To download the report, select one of the 3 icons at the bottom of the table.
Reports can be downloaded in these formats: CSV, XLSX, or PDF.

The Work Shift table can be toggled between Work Shift per Type and Work Shift per User.
The button listed above is an action button, not a "current view" indicator. It will direct you to the report displayed in the button, not the Chart / List that is currently displayed.
