Inspections Count by Type and Status Report

Purpose

  1. To explain the Inspections Count by Type and Status report.
     

How is this report helpful?

  1. This report displays the number of Inspections your agency has conducted and their current status.
     
  2. This report displays the violation data associated with your agency's inspections.

Instructions

  1. Navigate to Reports Inspections.




     
  2. Once on the landing page select  Inspections Count by  Type  and  Status report from the dropdown menu. 
     

     

     
     
  3. The Edit button will allow you to filter the data by Date Interval, Personnel Assignment, Building Use, or Buiding Type.




     
  4. The Data table will display Inspections by Types, Reinspections, Cancelled, In-progress, Scheduled, Completed, Completed with Failures, and Completed with Citations. Total counts and Violations will also be displayed.

Info:

The eye icon under the Actions column displays a list of hyperlinks that will give you quick access to individual addresses and Inspections that were conducted.

5. The report can be downloaded using the icon located in the lower left.




 

6. The report data can be viewed by selecting All Data.
