How is this report helpful?

1. This report can be used to spot trends in violations from your agency's completed inspections.
    
2. This report will display violations.

Instructions

1. Navigate to Reports Inspections.
   
   
   
    
2. Select Violations from the dropdown menu.
   
   
   
   
    
3. The Advanced Search button will allow you to filter the data by Date Interval and Fire Zones.
   
   
   
    

4. The Data table will display Address, Occupancy Name, Occupancy Class, Inspection Number, Inspection Type, Checklist Item, Code, Status, Shift, Fire Zone.  Select the column header titles to sort ascending. Select again to sort descending.
   
   
   
   
    

5. Select a "Page" button to navigate to a specific page.
    
6. Select a View Count button to display the selected number of rows on a single page view.
    

7. You can download the report into an Excel CSV file by clicking on the icon at the bottom of the report.
