Inspections by Building Use Report

Purpose

  1. To explain the Inspections by Building Use report.
     

How is this report helpful?

  1. This report will display Inspections by Building Use.

Instructions

  1. Navigate to Reports Inspections.




     
  2. Once on the landing page select Inspections by Building Use from the dropdown menu.




     
  3. The Advanced Search button will allow you to filter the data by Date Interval, Fire Zone, or Building Use.





     
  4. The Data table will display Scheduled, Unscheduled, and Total number of Inpsections for each Building Use.

Info:

The eye icon under the Actions column displays a list of hyperlinks that will give you quick access to individual addresses and Inspections that were conducted.

5. The report can be downloaded using the icon located in the lower left.

 

6. The report data can be viewed by selecting All Data.
