Inspection Progress Report

Purpose

  1. To explain the Inspection Progress report.
     

How is this report helpful?

  1. This report allows you to track the statuses of your Inspections.

Instructions

  1. Navigate to Reports Inspections.




     
  2. The Inspection Progress report is the default report.




     
  3. Each Inspection Status is represented by a color on the chart.




     
  4. The Advanced Search button will allow you to filter the data by Date Interval, Inspection Type, Personnel Assigned to, Building Use, and Building Type.

Info:

Default Settings for this report will display All Inspections for the Current Calendar Year.


5. The chart can be expanded into focus mode using the icon or downloaded using the icon.


 

6. Select  All Data to view a table of the data.






7. Hovering over a section of the chart will highlight that section and give you an enhanced view of the statistics.






8. Clicking on a section of the chart will give you the Data Set for that status in table format.
