Step-by-Step Guide
1. Navigate to the Permits Landing Page
- Select the First Due (FD) icon
- Scroll to the Permits Module in your module stack
- Click Permits to access the landing page
2. Identify the Exclamation Point Indicator
- Review the list of permits
- Look for permits marked with an exclamation point (!)
- This indicates updated occupancy data and/or contact information

3. Review Updated Occupancy Information
- Click Edit on the flagged permit
- Select Review

- Click Edit on the permit
- Select Ignore

- You remain within the permit screen

6. Exit Without Action
- Click Back
- Returns you to the Permits Landing Page without making changes
