Purpose Statement
The Update Revoked Permit feature allows administrators and permit managers to process reinstatement requests or close revoked permits within the system. This ensures departments can efficiently manage compliance workflows while maintaining a clear audit trail of all status changes.
Background Information
When a permit is revoked due to violations or non-compliance, it may later be eligible for reinstatement once corrective actions are completed. This workflow allows users to either:
- Submit the permit for reinstatement review (leading to approval or denial)
- Permanently close the permit if no further action will be taken
This structured process supports accurate documentation and ensures proper tracking of permit lifecycle changes.
