Permits Module Updates
In order to provide you with more detailed information on our updates we have broken the Release Notes down by module.
New Features
Permit Assigned To
- What: Allow only users with "FD Permits - Update" or “FD Permits -
Create” permission appears in the "Assigned To" dropdown.
- Why: As a fire prevention supervisor, I want to control which
staff members can be assigned to permits through a dedicated permission
setting, so that I can ensure permits are only assigned to qualified personnel
and reduce assignment errors and subsequent reassignments.
- How: Set permissions as noted above to allow a Permit to be assigned to a user within the agency.
- Use Case: Controls what users in an agency can be assigned to a Permit.
