  2. Why:  This new Feature allows for the Dispatch Incident Types to be imported in bulk fashion instead of by manual entry as well as expands the ability to bulk import Dispatch Incident Types to the client .

  3. How: . This New Feature is now live. Agencies need to navigate to the ADMIN>Import Wizard. Then Select  "Dispatch Incident Types" from the available import options. Feature Enhancements

Grouped Status Log Entries

Cleared Status Button now Available in Web Responder

Null Status Hydrants now displays in Nearest Hydrant List
  1. What:  Hydrants that have no entry or NULL in status will now display in the nearest Hydrant List in the incident detail section

Shared Hydrants now displays in Nearest Hydrant List
  1. What:  Shared Hydrants now display in the nearest Hydrant List in the incident detail section.

  3. How: .This Feature enhancement is now active, no user configuration required.
