• Multi-Day Asset Booking with Day-Level Allocation
  

  • What: Allows apparatus and assets to be assigned to specific days within a multi-day training class

  • Why: Optimizes equipment usage by preventing unnecessary full-duration bookings

  • How: When creating a multi-day class, apparatus and assets are assigned per day (class-level fields are disabled)

  • Use Case: A department running a 3-day class can assign an engine only for Day 2, making it available for other bookings on Days 1 and 3
    
    
    
    
    

• Multiple Time Slots Within Single Day
  

  • What: Enables up to 4 different training periods within a single Training Day.

  • Why: Supports split sessions, extended breaks, and more realistic scheduling for 

  • How: Use the "+" button in the daily component of a multi-day class to add additional time slots

  • Use Case: A training event runs from 8–10am and resumes from 2–4pm; now both periods can be scheduled in a single day
    
    
    
    
    

• Enhanced Notification System
  

  • What: Adds configurable training notifications with re-alert options and role-based delivery

  • Why: Improves awareness of key training events like approvals, assignments, and expirations

  • How: Go to Training > Setup > Notifications to configure types, recipients, and timing

• Authorized Personnel for Training Methods
  

  • What: Restricts training method selection to specific authorized users.

  • Why: Ensures only qualified personnel can use specific training techniques when building a course or class.

  • How: Assign users to training methods in Training > Setup > List Configuration > Training Methods. Select Pin Icon and choose user(s)  to assign Training Method for use in classes.

• Personnel Double-Booking Prevention
  

  • What: Prevents overlapping personnel assignments for in-person classes

  • Why: Avoids scheduling conflicts while preserving flexibility for self-complete courses

  • How: Enable/disable the Multi-Booking of Personnel setting in Training > Setup > Settings

  • Use Case: If a firefighter is already assigned to a 9–11am in-person session, they cannot be added to another class at the same time, however they will still be abled to be assigned to self complete classes.

  • What: Adds new filtering and sorting options for Fire Station and Shift in Events and Activities

  • Why: Improves list navigation and data discovery for scheduling and operational planning

  • How: Use new “Fire Stations” and “Shifts” filters and columns in the panel

Fixes

• Dashboard Access Issue Resolution
  

• Resolved an issue where future-dated training classes intermittently locked when accessed via the Training Dashboard. This fix ensures consistent class editing behavior, whether accessed from the dashboard or the class list. Locking now correctly applies only when another user has the class open, maintaining user permissions and preventing erroneous access restrictions.
