• Pre-Plan Pending Approval Display Configuration

  • What: Added configurable control over when pre-plan information becomes visible after submission, with options for immediate visibility or reviewer-only access until approval
  • Why: Allows organizations to choose between immediate visibility for current information or restricted access until formal approval, based on their workflow requirements
  • How: Administrators access Pre-Plan Setup > Preferences to select between "Display submitted pre-plan information immediately" or "Hide submitted pre-plan details and changes until approved"
  • Use Case: When departments need flexibility in pre-plan visibility during review workflows - some prefer immediate access to latest information while others require approval before responder visibility
    

Feature Enhancements

• Regional Pre-Plan Layer Visibility Management

  • What: Introduced layer visibility management allowing agencies to hide layers that are only needed occasionally (such as event-specific layers) from the "My Department" list
  • Why: Reduces interface clutter and improves user experience by showing only relevant layers until event-specific layers are actually required
  • How: Users with "Regional Preplan Layer - Update" permission can toggle layers between active/inactive states using toggle controls in the admin interface
  • Use Case: When departments create event-specific layers (like marathon routes) that are only needed for brief periods and want to hide them from daily navigation when not in use
    

Fixes

• Preplan Annotations Shadow Color Display Fix - Fixed rendering issue where preplan annotation shadow colors were not displaying correctly in the ArcGIS view on the Responder Map. Shadow colors now render correctly across all map interfaces (Edit Preplan, Preplan Map, and Responder Map) providing consistent visual experience and improved text readability.
  
  
• Dashboard Display Fix for Occupancy Records - Resolved issue where the Dashboard modal would only display once from an Occupancy record in the Pre-Plan Organizer. Users can now repeatedly access dashboard information without workflow disruption, with proper modal state management ensuring reliable display on every access attempt.
  
  
• Hazmat Information Cloning Fix - Fixed critical issues with hazmat functionality in the Preplan Map where hazmat information was not cloning properly and console errors occurred when using hazmat icon controls. The system now properly copies all field information during cloning and operates error-free with improved interface stability.
  
  
• ArcGIS Export Layer Sync Performance Fix - Resolved performance issue where ArcGIS export layer synchronization would become stuck indefinitely, preventing pre-plan unit layers from completing their sync process. Enhanced database query optimization ensures sync operations complete successfully within normal timeframes, eliminating perpetual "synchronize soon" messages.
