  3. How: This enhancement is automatically enabled in the iOS app
  4. Use Case: When technical support is needed, support teams can quickly access detailed device and account information for faster troubleshooting

iOS ArcGIS Layer URL Hyperlinking

  1. What: Added automatic hyperlinking for URLs displayed in ArcGIS map layer item details
  2. Why: Improves user experience by providing seamless access to external resources referenced in map layer data instead of displaying plain text
  3. How: URLs (http/https only) automatically appear as clickable links that open directly in the user's default browser
  4. Use Case: When viewing map layer details that contain external resource links, users can quickly access additional information without manually copying and pasting URLs

iOS Pre-Plan Button Text Update

  1. What: Updated the pre-plan button text in Incident Details from "Edit Pre-plan" to "Pre-Plan"
  2. Why: Better reflects varying user permissions, as not all users have edit access to pre-plans, and standardizes button labeling across platforms
  3. How: Button text automatically displays as "Pre-Plan" in Incident Details
  4. Use Case: When accessing pre-plan information during incidents, users see accurate button labeling that matches their actual permissions level

Status Log Text Revision

  1. What: Updated "Status Logs" label to "Status Log" in Incident Details
  2. Why: Maintains consistency across platforms with standardized terminology
  3. How: Label automatically displays as "Status Log" in Incident Details
  4. Use Case: When reviewing incident status information, users see consistent labeling across all platforms

Enhanced Call History Display

  1. What: Added dispatched unit information to Occupancy Call History in Incident Details
  2. Why: Provides complete incident information and matches Android functionality for cross-platform consistency
  3. How: Dispatched unit information automatically displays in Call History
  4. Use Case: When reviewing past incidents at a location, responders can see which units were dispatched for better situational awareness


Alphabetical Incident Group Sorting

  1. What: Added alphabetical sorting to Incident Group names in Alert ringtone settings
  2. Why: Makes it easier to locate specific incident groups and matches Android functionality
  3. How: Incident Group names automatically sort alphabetically in Alert ringtone settings
  4. Use Case: When setting up custom alert tones for different incident types, users can quickly find the specific incident group they need

Messaging Menu Option

  1. What: "Messaging" menu option was moved from the Scheduling module into its own standalone module
  2. Why: Provides better organization and accessibility for messaging functionality
  3. How: Messaging now appears as a separate module in the main menu
  4. Use Case: When accessing messaging features, users can find them more easily without navigating through the Scheduling module

Station Information Panel

  1. What: Updated Station information panel to display comprehensive station details including name, address, coordinates, phone number, and routing buttons

  1. What: Implemented alphabetical sorting in Default Station settings and "To Station" incident responses
  2. Why: Enhances user experience by making it easier to locate specific stations
  3. How: Station lists automatically sort alphabetically in settings and incident responses
  4. Use Case: When selecting stations for default settings or incident responses, users can quickly find the station they need


App Settings Menu Reorganization for iOS

  1. What: Repositioned the "Auto Centering" setting between "Icon Size" and "Offline Maps Settings"
  2. Why: Maintains cross-platform consistency by matching Android platform ordering
  3. How: Auto Centering setting automatically appears in the updated menu position
  4. Use Case: When configuring app settings, iOS users find settings in the same order as Android users for consistent experience


ArcGIS Auto-Centering Implementation for iOS

  1. What: Added complete auto-centering functionality for ArcGIS maps on iOS
  2. Why: Ensures consistent location tracking behavior across both Google Maps and ArcGIS platforms
  3. How: Auto-centering functionality works automatically with ArcGIS maps on iOS
  4. Use Case: When using ArcGIS maps for navigation and incident response, the map automatically centers on the user's current location

Cross-Platform Menu Consistency

  1. What: Standardized Android menu terminology and behavior to match iOS and web platforms
  2. Why: Provides consistent user experience across all platforms with improved menu organization
  3. How: Menu updates include pluralized section names, pinnable settings options with Outside Resources pinned by default, and proper visual separation
  4. Use Case: When switching between different platforms, users experience consistent menu layout and terminology

Cross-Platform Station Panel Title Consistency

  1. What: Replaced generic "Fire Station" panel title with actual station names
  2. Why: Provides specific station identification for emergency responders instead of generic labeling
  3. How: Station panels automatically display the actual station name as the title
  4. Use Case: When viewing station information during incidents, responders can immediately identify which specific station they are viewing


Fixes

  1. Improved CAD/Incident ID Display - Fixed CAD and Incident ID truncation in Incident Details by enabling text wrapping and repositioning the date field. This ensures complete incident identification information is visible to responders for accurate incident tracking and reporting.

  2. iOS Preplan Modal Scrolling Fix - Resolved scrolling functionality for preplan unit and hazmat information modals on iOS devices. This enables users to access complete content and attachments regardless of description length, ensuring critical pre-plan information is always accessible during emergency response.

  3. Offline Maps Text Formatting Fix - Corrected a formatting error that displayed an erroneous leading double-quote in the "Map data present" dialog for offline map downloads. This provides clean, professional messaging when managing offline map data for field operations.
