Purpose

  1. The purpose of this article is to demonstrate the features when the Operations Section is engaged within a fire report.

1. The Operations Section engaged toggle can be located in the Operations section within the Command and Safety tab.

2. When the toggle is enabled from the dropdown or list view you are able to select all branches that were engaged during the incident.

3. Pending on what branch or branches selected new fields may populate along with areas in the Operations tab.

All branches will have the same features when documenting however Structure Fire will have the most areas to document.

4. Within the Operations tab you will now see areas to document pending your branch choice.
  1. You are able to document:
    1. Date/Time
    2. Unit
    3. Personnel
    4. Notes

5. When selecting in the Date/Time field you are able to enter the information using the fields.





6. By selecting on this icon will set the current date and time.

7. Within +Add fields, select in the area to begin documenting, if needed you can create additional by selecting the +Add button.





8. A modal will appear to add any pertinent information.

9. For the Mayday Rescue Situation field, to begin documenting select the +Add button.





10. Now from the modal document as much information as needed.
  1. Areas that can be documented:
    1. Rapid Intervention Crew deployed
    2. Rapid Intervention Crew Structure
    3. Mayday Rescue Complete

11. Other branches may have different fields but operate in the same manner.
